This is the first retreat experience that we recommend for anyone new to Ignite Life.

This retreat has been lovingly created to provide a space where women can step away from the hustle and bustle of life, practice self-care and rediscover their spark. 

We use a unique blend of positive psychology coaching, gentle yoga, nature immersion and mindfulness techniques to leave you feeling:

  • Skilled in self-care

  • Relaxed and replenished

  • Empowered and able to overcome life's challenges

  • Clearer on your direction in life

  • Emotionally and spiritually re-charged

  • More connected to your body

  • That there has been a mental shift - unlocking new and powerful solutions

Experience has taught us that people often don't feel comfortable opening up their inner worlds to groups of strangers. We've worked hard to create a supportive and warm atmosphere where you won't be asked to share anything with the group. Most of the coaching exercises are done on your own with only two of the sessions being completed in pairs, even then you are in full control of how much you choose to share.  

The yoga elements of the day are designed to suit all levels. Yes, even complete beginners.

Our retreats take place in the Garden Room at the Bedruthan Steps hotel and overlook the stunning Mawgan Porth Bay. The wild ocean, rugged cliffs, gently sloping sand dunes and fresh Atlantic breeze bring a very elemental and sensory-rich experience to our retreats that are unparalleled.

Post-retreat support

  • In addition to the benefits of a day you will receive 4 weeks of post-retreat extras such as coaching homework and yoga poses to try at home.

  • These optional homework exercises are created to build upon the great work you will have already done at the retreat. They will continue to to bring greater awareness to your journey and give you cause for reflection.
