Coaching EXERCISE

This week starts with the ‘Wheel of Life’ exercise to help you review your life as a whole. It’s really simple to do and can be done on your own or with someone you trust. Simply print out the diagram below, read through the instructions and start filling it out.

Yoga pose

This Yin yoga Dangling pose can help energise, rejuvenate and above all stretch out your lower back, legs, glutes and aid with all things LETTING GO! This pose is great for helping you check in, connect and release anything that you are holding on to. 

Try holding this pose for at least 3 minutes every day and always roll up to standing slowly as you may feel quite light headed!

Don't forget to BEND YOUR LEGS.

* Please avoid this pose if you suffer from high blood pressure
